How to Study for the Exam

Studying for the Certified Archivist Exam

The exam will continue to be 100 multiple choice questions as it has been in the past. Be sure to check out the new Study Guide and the updated Readings List for help studying. You may also find it useful to join a study group.

The majority of applications to take the exam are approved. Do not wait for approval to take the exam to start studying.

Note: The Reading List and Study Guide are being reviewed and will be available in December 2023.
