The fee schedule for examination is as follows:

  • Exam application fee: $30  
  • Exam fee: $75  
  • Recertification fee: $30  

 

The fee schedule for annual membership dues is as follows:

  • Full member: $75
  • Provisional member:$35 
  • Emeritus member: $10
